Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Printful makes our adult tees, hoodies, library totes and embroidered caps; Merchize makes our kids’ tees. Products are made after you order. For adult tees, caps, hoodies and totes, allow roughly 2–7 business days for production, followed by standard US transit of approximately 3–5 business days. For kids’ tees, the supplier currently estimates 1–3 business days for production and 1–11 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and busy periods can take longer.

Standard shipping starts at $5.35 for adult tees, $5.90 for kids’ tees, caps and totes from $5.09, and hoodies from $9.19. Additional adult tees add $2.20, additional kids’ tees add $1.99, additional caps and totes add $2.00, and additional hoodies add $2.50 at ordinary family-order quantities. Larger cap orders receive the supplier’s lower additional-item tiers. Rates include current seasonal surcharges. Each product group can ship separately, and its shipping charge is added to the order total. The total shipping charge and applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We will email an order confirmation and send tracking when the order ships. Items can ship separately if they use different fulfillment locations or packaging. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us immediately if it needs correction.

For delivery problems, email hi@smartypartysongs.com with your order number. Report a package that never arrives within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and fulfillment supplier.

Returns and order help

Every item is made for your order. Please check the garment measurements before selecting a size. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color chosen incorrectly, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or with the wrong item, email hi@smartypartysongs.com promptly with your order number, a description and clear photos. Report quality issues within 30 days of delivery. If a package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a qualifying problem.

Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide instructions if a return is needed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

For an address correction, change or cancellation, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after production begins. Additional shipping caused by an incorrect address may require a new charge, which we will confirm with you first.

This policy does not limit rights that apply by law. Smarty Party Songs is operated by Life Can Be Fun LLC.

Information used for an order

We use the contact, shipping, billing and order information you provide to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud and maintain required business and tax records. Shopify and its payment providers process payments. We do not receive your full card number.

Service providers

Vercel hosts our custom storefront. Shopify provides the product catalog, shopping bag, checkout and order records. Printful and Merchize receive the product choices, contact details and delivery information needed to make and ship the items assigned to them. These providers and carriers may process technical information necessary for security, service delivery and their operation of the services. Shopping bag and cookies

Our storefront stores a cart identifier in your browser’s local storage so you can return to your shopping bag. The custom storefront does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter signup. Shopify checkout and our service providers may use necessary cookies, technical logs and security tools.

Retention and requests

We keep information as needed to fulfill orders, handle support, prevent abuse and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing hi@smartypartysongs.com. We may need to verify a request and retain records that we are required to keep. Information may be processed outside your state or country by the service providers used to complete an order.

Families

Purchases should be made by an adult. We do not ask children to create store accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to this merchandise store, contact us so we can investigate.

Prices are in US dollars. Your selected products, sizes, colors, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Please review them and your delivery address carefully. Products are made to order, and production and delivery times are estimates. Fabric colors can appear different on different screens, and garment measurements can vary slightly.

Orders depend on product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange a suitable resolution or refund. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; changes may not be possible after production begins.

Our shipping, return and privacy policies describe delivery, order problems and information use. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies that apply by law. The Smarty Party Songs name, characters and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders; buying merchandise does not transfer rights to reproduce the artwork.
