Postage is the catch.
Printful can print, pack and ship one poster after a Shopify order, using the account already connected to this store. No stock or home packing is required. Start with unframed prints, a small selection of approved song/album artwork and two useful sizes.
Actual print prices, useful wall sizes
Printful Free prices checked with each exact size selected on October 16. USD; printing included. The product’s US shipping table shows $4.99 for the first poster and $0.40 for each additional eligible poster. A temporary $0.40 US surcharge is extra while applicable. Validate a real mixed-design cart and destination before publishing these rates; separately shipped items can add charges.

The contribution examples subtract print cost, matching supplier shipping plus a $0.40 surcharge, and illustrative 2.9% + $0.30 card processing on the collected total. They exclude supplier tax, the Shopify subscription, refunds, damaged-print replacements, marketing and other overhead. These are proposals, not final account checkout quotes. The $5.50 advertised starting price is for the smallest poster, not these sizes.
How an order would work: a parent chooses a song or album and a size → Shopify takes the order → Printful receives the assigned print file → Printful prints and packs it → tracking returns to Shopify → the customer receives the shipping email. Posters can ship separately from shirts. Do not promise one shared shipping charge for a mixed shirt/poster cart.
Why multiple posters are better value: the shown poster shipping table adds $0.40 per additional eligible poster, rather than another full $4.99. A pair or trio can spread the postage. Confirm that the selected designs are fulfilled together before offering a discounted set. Frames add cost and shipping; leave them for later.
The existing artwork needs a print check
The album-launch master inspected here is 5200 × 7600 pixels, suitable for useful poster sizes after a layout check. Several sampled song-poster files are only about 1030 × 1515 pixels; those particular files need a higher-resolution master or a careful print remaster before large-format sale. This is a sample of the available files, not an audit of every song.
Our existing 13:19 layouts are close to 12:18, but not identical. Fit the complete artwork with a discreet border or adapt the layout; never crop song titles, characters, logos or QR codes just to fill a product template. Check small text, QR scanning, color and packaging with a physical proof. An optional print-at-home PDF would avoid our physical fulfillment and shipping costs; customers would arrange their own printing.

The Printful sheet is an indoor-use product and should not be sold as equivalent to the approved durable StickerApp stickers. A sheet is easier to automate than assembling several loose designs. Neither route makes a $3 sticker with free standalone shipping sensible. Keep stickers behind the main garments and posters until the delivered price feels fair.

Next additions
- Song and album posters. Pilot one album and two or three favorite songs, in 12 × 18 and 18 × 24 after source-file checks and a print proof. Use the existing Printful integration.
- Orange embroidered cap and women’s fit. Preserve the required color and qualify the blank and single-item fulfillment before adding checkout variants.
- Character sticker sheet or managed bulk pack. Offer a useful set with clear postage. A one-off sticker is poor value when shipped alone.

Next: select the poster masters, prepare the size templates, calculate real destination/mixed-cart quotes and obtain a print sample. Hoodies and totes have been added to the existing Printful account without a new subscription or sample charge. Posters and stickers are still research proposals.
